Catherine (Kate) Hernandez

Kate dedicated her life to teaching others. Kate's passion to help her students, friends, family, and anyone in need was displayed by both her character and actions throughout her lifetime. This instinctual nature guided her to help save a student's life for the loss of her own. Kate's sacrifice touched countless lives and saved many more.

The Kate Hernandez Memorial Scholarship has been created in commemoration of Kate Hernandez who gained her angel wings on October 11, 1996.
